The Karolinska Institutet Adaptive Immune Receptor Gene Variant Atlas (KIARVA) hosts germline-encoded IG heavy chain (IGH) alleles identified in 2485 individuals, in total 479 IGHV, 10 IGHJ and 40 IGHD alleles.
